Villa Panorama is situated on the Greek island of Symi, which is a short 45 minute ferry ride from Rhodes island, where you would fly into.

The Villa enjoys magnificent views over the beach of Pedi Bay and is situated on the hill in the village of Chorio. The Harbor area , Gialos, pulsates with everyday life on Symi as well as busy tavernas and tourists, whereas , the village of Chorio allows for a more restful holiday granting you the choice of action dependent on your mood of the day.

Sunbathe on the many quiet exclusive beaches of Symi or just relax around the pool of the Villa reading a book and enjoying magnificent views of the blue waters or jump on your scooter and enjoy sundowners and a meal in the busy Harbor , just a five minute bike ride away.

It is important to note that this is a owner hosted Villa. Your host, the lovely Dawn Sproson will be at the port to greet you when you arrive and transport you with your luggage to the Villa Panorama.  There is an additional charge of 10 euros for meet and greets. Otherwise a taxi or bus trip will get you to the Villa in no time at all.

An owner hosted home means the owner lives on the property in separate quarters on the third level (common in Greek houses known as the Moussandra) of the home. Discretion and privacy is given to guests and the host is there to cook breakfast for you, serve drinks and assist with tourist information. She has lived on Symi island for many years and has valuable information which can ensure that your experience of Symi is one to remember.

Besides this, you will not interact with her and have the house and your privacy to yourselves.

If you wish to have the property as a purely self catering house then an additional 150 euro charge per day is applicable.

The scooter at the Villa is free of charge for responsible use , however a valid motor bike licence is to be produced for insurance purposes only.

Toilet System

There is no main sewage system on Symi.  Each dwelling has a soak pit.
The pipe dimensions to the soak pit do not allow for anything other than organic waste to flow and be degraded.
A bin with plastic bag liner is provided at each loo and all paper etc. must be disposed of in the bin.
This bin is emptied daily; and while this may be a foreign concept to South Africans or other nationalities, it is hygenic and totally inoffensive.
