Kingfisher Cove is located in the sought after seaside town of Umdloti on the North Coast of KZN. Situated in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, Kingfisher Cove is a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and main swimming beaches of the famous South Beach Road, Umdloti.

This family owned Beach Villa overlooks sweeping lawns and spectacular sea views with sunrises over the ocean that will warm your soul forever. 

The stunning property boasts 4 bedrooms, ( one Main bedroom with childrens adjoining room making it 5 bedrooms- 10 sleeper ) and 4 en suite bathrooms, a swimming pool and private access to the beach (Surf Motel directly in front is owned by the same owner which allows guests right of way and direct beach access).

Master Suite

Master bedroom with a king-size bed, sea views, air-con, TV, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes, front verandah and full en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, & double basin.

Adjoined Kids Room

Has a double bed, air-con, ceiling fan, shared wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with master bedroom.

Bedroom Two

Has a Queen Size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in wardrobe, and open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin.

Bedroom Three

Has a Double bed, air-con, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and open plan en- suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin.

Bedroom Four

Has a Queen size bed (extra length), air-con, ceiling fan, access onto front verandah, desk area, built-in wardrobe and open plan en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin.

All hospitality grade linen and towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own beach towels as bath towels are not allowed on the beaches.

An “Oops”  on linen and towel can happen but please note excessive stains or misuse will be charged for.

Towels are changed every third day and refreshed daily and linen is changed every fifth day

Property Features

Enjoy a fully equipped Kitchen with all the amenities to make your holiday a memorable one.  There is a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer (with ice maker) and microwave. Scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining Area, bar area with TV and bar stools & large bar fridge

Large front verandah with soft seating and a further dining table, gas braai, and pool (no net).

Uncapped Wi-Fi, DSTV & Netflix

Double garage available, driveway parking for 3 cars

Beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler box are available for the guests to use

Fire extinguisher, First Aid kit, 4 X 5000 litres of Jojo back up water reserves.

Fully fenced property, door sensors and Marshall Security 24/7 reaction team.

This house has no generator/ backup power. In the event of power failure/load shedding there are rechargeable lights in each room. There is a charcoal braai and a gas stove for kettle and cooking.

** Please note that the homeowner has 2 separate flats to the property. These are tenanted and only share the same driveway access. The tenants do not use any of the house facilities and guests are given complete privacy and enjoyment of the house and garden.

The housekeeper lives on the property in a separate cottage and is available to the guest during their stay.

Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 1pm

The house manager  lives on the property in a separate cottage and is available to assist guests during their stay.
