You can enjoy the braai and lovely pool facilities overlooking the sea. There is full DSTV and air-conditioning throughout the newly updated interior decorated units. Five minutes from all major restaurants and the Gateway Theatre of shopping and all its attractions on offer.

This large 2-story house had been divided into 4 units, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Each story sleeps 10 people with one unit being a 3 bedroom (6 sleeper) and the other being a 2 bedroom (4 sleeper). Each unit (4 or 6 sleeper) has its own lounge, dining area and kitchen. Two units can also be converted into a twelve sleeper, six bedrooms duplex so be sure to enquire about this versatile property. You can either rent the whole house, which sleeps 20 adults or rent just one unit, which can be totally private to the other.

The spacious garden and braai area offers you the opportunity to enjoy the warm Durban evenings at its best and it really is an ideal property for kids to enjoy the large fenced garden and seaside on your doorstep.
